Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) [India]March 5 (ANI): Attacking opposition parties, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that “blind opposition, continuous opposition, acute frustration and negativity” have become the political ideology of “Parivaarwadis”. .
Furthermore, confident that the BJP will form a government in Uttar Pradesh, the Prime Minister said that the people of the state do not want ‘Parivaarwadis’.
Addressing an election rally in Khajuri village in Varanasi, Prime Minister Modi said: “This is my last public meeting in this election. Uttar Pradesh may not have seen such an election since decades as the government sought to vote on its work, on its honest image, on development without discrimination or favouritism, and on the strength of improving law and order.”
“People of Uttar Pradesh don’t want ‘Parivaarwadis’. BJP will form government in UP. People of Uttar Pradesh have completely rejected Parivaarwadis, who have given the state hooliganism, mischief, the mafia, corruption and encroachment,” he said. .
Prime Minister Modi said that today, on the one hand, there is a double benefit of the dual engine government, from which all citizens of Uttar Pradesh benefit and, on the other hand, there are false promises of ‘Parivaarwadis’, which can never be fulfilled.
“This third decade of the 21st century has brought new challenges, an unprecedented crisis for the whole world, but India has decided that we will turn this unprecedented crisis and challenges into opportunities. This resolution is not mine alone. , not only that of the government, but it also has 130 million Indian citizens,” he added.
Criticizing opposition parties for playing politics even during the Ukraine crisis, Prime Minister Modi said that when certain challenges arise in front of the nation, these dynasts seek their political interest there.
“One of the strengths of our villages is that when a crisis arises, everyone forgets their grievances and unites. But when certain challenges arise before the nation, these dynasts also seek their political interest there. Indian security and people are fighting a crisis, they are doing everything to make the situation more critical. We have seen it during the pandemic and today during the Ukrainian crisis,” he said in Varanasi.
The Prime Minister said that over the past two years, the free ration has been made available to more than 80 million poor, Dalit, backward and tribal community members. “The whole world is amazed. But I’m happy that the poor are happy,” he added.
He further said that under the Swachh Bharat mission, the BJP government has built more than 10 million toilets and sisters from poor, Dalit and backward families have benefited the most.
“Those who live in palaces do not know the troubles a poor mother goes through when there is no toilet at home. They must either think of answering the call of nature before sunrise or bear the pain throughout the day and only do so after sunset,” the prime minister said.
Taking a dig at Congress, Prime Minister Modi said the party that pulled political mileage for years from Khadi is now hesitant to even take his name.
He added that the BJP government has made Khadi and international yoga brands.
“Dynastic politicians are annoyed even by Vocal for Local. Yoga and Ayurveda have become popular all over the world, but they also avoid taking the name yoga,” he said.
“Have you ever heard of them saying to buy things made in our country, use things made in our country, or promote things made in our country? If they were your friends, wouldn’t- they not talk to sell the products made by you or not? But they are silent,” he added.
He said that after March 10, work on providing gas connections to the poor will be accelerated. “After March 10, job creation work will be faster,” he added.
Prime Minister Modi said the safety and security of sisters and girls has been the top priority of the dual-engine government in the past and will continue to be.
“During these elections, everywhere I went, in every corner of India, mothers and sisters blessed me so as to become my protective shield,” he said.
He also thanked the Uttar Pradesh police for organizing a peaceful poll.
“In my last campaign of this election, I would like to congratulate the whole of Uttar Pradesh, its leaders, the police department and all for organizing a peaceful poll. I also commend the Election Commission for making arrangements for such a peaceful and wonderful election in six phases, I thank them,” he added.
